How we build

Clear decisions. Good work. No disappearing act.

The scale changes. The discipline does not. A €499 launch and a full software platform both move through the same seven stages—because the discipline is what makes the work reliable.

The seven stages

Every engagement runs the same rail.

  1. Discover

Understand the business, users, constraints and evidence before any design opinion is offered.

  2. Define

Agree scope, journeys, requirements and acceptance criteria in writing. This is what the build is held to.

  3. Design

Shape the brand, information, interface and interaction around the decisions visitors need to make.

  4. Engineer

Build the front end, logic, integrations and content system with maintainability as a requirement.

  5. Verify

Test function, content, accessibility, security and responsive behaviour against the agreed criteria.

  6. Release

Migrate, monitor and hand over with a rollback path and documented ownership of domain and accounts.

  7. Improve

Use real behaviour and feedback to make the next decision. Launch is the start of the evidence, not the end of the work.

What stays constant

The working agreement behind the stages.

01

Scope in writing

Assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria are agreed before delivery begins. Change is handled openly, not absorbed until it becomes a surprise.

02

One accountable team

Strategy, design, engineering and release sit with the same senior people. There is no handoff gap for your project to fall through.

03

Evidence over theatre

We show live work, state what it proves and do not invent results. Where measurement is enabled, decisions come from it.

04

Ownership documented

Wherever practical, your domain and third-party accounts sit in your name. What happens after launch is written down before it.

Next step

Bring the problem. We will bring the plan.

A website, a workflow, a product—or just a problem that needs a better digital answer. Start with what the business needs to do. We will work out what should be built.
